Terms of Service

These are the terms for booking and joining a tour with Andaman Blue Sea Tour. Please read them before you book or pay. By booking with us you accept these terms.

What we offer

Join tours: you share the boat with other travellers and pay per person.
Private tours: you charter the whole boat and pay per boat, based on group size.

Each tour page lists the pickup time, boat type, stops, meals, and what the price includes and excludes.

Prices

All prices are in Thai baht (THB).
Tour prices on the tour pages do not include national park fees. If you pay online, the amount you pay already includes the park fee at the Thai or foreign rate you chose when booking. If you pay another way, you pay the park fee yourself on the day.
The price is the same however you pay. We add no surcharge for card payments.
Every tour includes accident insurance.

Booking and confirmation

You can book in two ways:

Book yourself on the booking page. Choose the tour, date, group size and hotel, see the total, and pay online straight away.
Call us or message us on LINE or WhatsApp with the tour, date, group size and hotel. We check availability and send you a payment link.

While you pay, we hold your seats for a limited time, shown on the payment page. If the hold ends before you pay, the seats go back on sale. Your booking is confirmed once we receive full payment. You get a booking number on screen and a confirmation by email.

Payment

You pay online on the payment page of PaySo (Pay Solution Co., Ltd.), using any method that page offers.
We charge in Thai baht. If you use a foreign card, your bank may add its own currency conversion fee.
Before you pay, you tick a box to accept these terms and our cancellation and refund policy, and to authorise the charge shown.
We never see or store your card number. Our privacy policy explains how we keep your payment and data safe.

Pickup and the day of your trip

Hotel pickup in Ao Nang is free. Pickup times are on each tour page.
Some tours charge extra for pickup in Krabi Town, Klong Muang or Tubkaek. The tour page says when this applies.
Please wait in front of your hotel before the pickup window starts. If the driver has not arrived by the end of it, call us straight away.

Weather and safety

The programme may change depending on the weather and for guest safety. The captain and guide may change the order of stops, skip a stop or return early. If the whole trip has to be cancelled, see our cancellation and refund policy for new dates and refunds.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. Confirmed bookings follow the terms in place on the day you booked.
